SINGAPORE, 19 March 2026 – Genedant Capital Pte. Ltd. (“Genedant”) and SingHealth, Singapore’s largest public healthcare group, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore strategic collaboration opportunities aimed at translating clinical innovations into scalable healthcare ventures that will benefit patients across the region.

The collaboration brings together SingHealth’s world-class clinical expertise, cutting-edge research capabilities, and robust intellectual property portfolio with Genedant’s early-stage venture capital, venture-building, and operational capabilities. Together, the parties will seek to identify, evaluate, and support the formation of high-quality healthcare startups, focused on novel and validated technologies.

Genedant will provide investment capital, operational support and access to a global network of industry partners, talent, and co-investors to augment the SingHealth Technology Incubator (SCOUT)’s pipeline of clinical research and innovation projects. The partnership is expected to provide an institutional pathway to accelerate scientific translation and commercialisation of impactful technologies emerging from SingHealth’s ecosystem.

This engagement with SingHealth reflects Genedant’s continued expansion of its venture capital platform in deep technology, particularly at the intersection of healthcare, advanced science, and commercialisation.
